They didn't say the rumor was false. They said at this time its not confirmed for other platforms. Which means the leak wasn't suppose to happen. That haven't denied it...they just haven't confirmed it. Two different things Gametime. Learn to read.

Answer my question. Why doesn't Ubi Soft come out like other companies have...and say that its a ps3 exclusive. Wouldn't that benefit Sony if it indeed is exclusive? Why say "right now its confirmed as a ps3 title" "no other systems have been announced"....What's with that Gametime? When the PS2 was released, it was a big selling point in having a DVD player within the system. But the player was(and still is)equipped with a low grade dvd drive. I never played a single movie within my PS2 because I always had a high grade DVD player. But considering that Sony was offering the PS2 for the same price as the PSOne when it was originally released, I thought, was a justified price.
Fast forward to today, and sure enough history is repeating itself. I have a HDT...

Remember this is a poll of opinion. Only 37 % thinks Sony will come in first. With all of Sony's brand power I would expect it to be higher. Looks like support from gamers is slipping away. That means 63 % think Sony will fail in comparisson to the ps2's great success. Its about right on par with Japans Polls. 70 % of gamers in Japan thinks that sony's ps3 price point is too high. Xbox 360 version of Assassin's Creed goes unconfirmed
Ubisoft community manager UbiRazz denies Xbox 360 and PC versions of Assassin's Creed. Neither have been confirmed by Ubisoft.

You mean the 3 million that ps3 Might sell before the end of the year? lol.....By that time there will be over 10 million gamers with a 360 that hasn't played it yet. Did yall read the article? lol... I think yall read the headline and just started typing. We all knew its only been announced for the ps3. Last year at E32005 it was a multi platform title. So with ubisofts history and coupled with the fact that many claim they saw it at E32006 running on 360 hardware...we were ONLY saying that it most likely will be announced at some point for the xbox 360.
